Welcome to Darkest Ways. For centuries, no, since the beginning of time, supernaturals have walked among us. Very few humans knew the truth and survived, especially to tell the tale. In the 1900's a vampire named Mr. Stone decided enough was enough and brought the vampire's out of the dark ages, revealing their secrets to all of humanity. 50 years passed and after heated debates in the Senate vampires were deemed equal citizens. However.... Shape-Shifters, creatures with the ability to shift into any one animal came out also to the public hoping to seek their favor, the effect was opposite and the public began to panic. As a result shape-shifters are legally allowed to be killed on sight, all forty-nine states in America, minus, California, deem death for shifters. Some people even specialize in the death of shape-shifters, turning in their dead carcases for money. To top it off the existence of witches has been made known, causing an even greater word wide panic. A war is going in California with all the residents at each others throats. Some pro-human groups seek death for all things supernatural while other groups demand sanctuary for all in the supernatural community. As of now, in California, it isn't legal to kill a shape-shifter or burn a witch[/b], but that isn't stopping some people, the bounty hunters, who take their victims over state lines to collect fees or even the hunters whose sole purpose in life seems to be that of killing off the wretched vampires. Where do you fit in among the supernatural? Vampire? Shifter? Witch? Human? You decide! Let's just hope you made the right choice....
